Working with people is complicated, right??
There are so many dynamics and considerations depending on the size, industry, and culture you are operating within.

About Me
In all of my previous Human Resources leadership roles, I have been fortunate to not only strategically map out what was needed, but work in the day-to-day core HR operations: recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, social programs, and performance. This means that my advice to you will not only come from a conceptual approach but will be able to map out step by step how we can get it done.
Since 2020, I have evolved organizations into considering the “People Experience”. What does this mean? It is focusing your interactions, policies, messaging, and impact based on a human-centered approach. Each employee has a story... it’s up to us to understand what they are and integrate them into our work communities.
