It is focusing your interactions, policies, messaging, and impact based on a human-centered approach. My Human Resource certifications were accredited through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) i.e. SHRM-CP Certification and the HR Certificate Institute (HRCI) - PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification. I graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Human Resources (Training and Development) from Midwestern State University and my Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Engineering is from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.
